Yeah he's just different you can see it. I went from don't take a RB that high it's crazy to pleading with us to take him. His 40 time at the combine was the kicker for me at that size to actually be that fast and make it look that easy

I still don't like how much he hurdles but then probably his best run of the night was the one he hurdled the dude flying in from the right side so what do I know.

No more preseason carries for him save him for real games.
He did look good on that play

Have to remember he was playing against backups and Walmart greeters

Hurdling in the NFL is a not a sustainable thing to do all the time

DCs will key on it and defenders know what to about it

First level is so much quicker and players reaction time is amazing

Don't get me wrong, I want him to succeed, bet we need to tamper our expectations until we see more

Worst running back ever <----------> Best running back ever

All I know is when people start looking ahead to the "Best of Anything" for the Cardinals, Mr Injury Bug is right around the corner to ruin careers. Why do you got to jinx us? You know we are cursed.

Let's just hope he can support the running back room and make some great plays. We'll grade him when he gets to a 10 year career and after 15 years, we'll crown him rightfully so as one of the best.

You can't start that kinda talk.

I needed a laugh. But, at the same time JL has impressed me. And, I'm not worried about jinxing guys, because I know it's the NFL and guys get hurt, every day. In games, practice or just walking into glass doors.

Naw, K9's no scarecrow, he's a smart dude. It's just his inability to allow a post go without comment if it can't be proven in a court of law...LOL
And no shame in being a Lollipop Guilder ;)

Why not? My question was why do people need to take the extreme? He's the best/he's the worst no matter who is the subject matter. I don't get it. Can't we just enjoy the fact that we have a player that can be something special and let it unfold?

I've been an Arizona sports fan my whole life and as soon as people overreact, bam! Case in point... Diamondbacks took the annual series from the Dodgers and should have swept them in the last 3 games set. People and talk show guys starting to say how good the Diamondbacks can be, playoffs, etc.. Rockies come into town and put the Diamondbacks right back in their place! There is like 40 games left in the season and if the better players on the team don't start acting like it, we will miss the playoffs again this year. Stop overhyping them and fix what is broken.

I just don't get how people overreact. Why can't we just enjoy what Love can be and let it play out?

My two cents says that IMO, this is not only a sports forum people can express their opinion but also a place some may use to vent some daily frustrations that they may not have another place to vent.

Again, I'm not a doctor, but I've seen one on TV...;)

He passed the eye ball test in terms of burst and agility. Really looking forward to watching him more.

Not sure i see Peterson's almost Barry Sanders-esque cut on a dime ability from him yet, but instead see a little more Marshall Faulk in him... which would be just fine and dandy too.

not saying he will be an instant superstar but he's just special. At his size the burst is just different. In the bit I saw last night he had the hurdle play and a play where he ran left faked and then spun for another 4-5 yards. He's just one of those guys you can just see he's going to be good.
