After logging three straight days of practice, the expectation was that Lane Johnson would be back in the Eagles lineup after missing six games with a Lisfranc injury. Most importantly, Johnson and Nakobe Dean were among the key Eagles on the NovaCare Center practice fields on Friday. Johnson is listed as questionable for Sunday afternoon, a positive sign that he's back, but reports suggest he could be a true game-time decision after experiencing foot soreness.
Philadelphia is among the healthiest teams in the NFL and will have 21-22 full-time starters in the lineup on Sunday (Andrew Mukuba-IR). Landon Dickerson (rest), Grant Calcaterra (ankle), Jalen Carter (hip), Dallas Goedert (knee), Johnson (foot), Dean (hamstring), Marcus Epps (concussion), Azeez Ojulari (hamstring), and Jaelan Phillips (ankle) were all full participants on Friday and will all play.
Brett Toth (concussion) has been downgraded to out.
In the Week 18 season finale, Johnson missed his sixth straight game with a Lisfranc sprain in his foot despite initial thoughts that he'd return for Week 15. If Johnson can't play, Fred Johnson would get the start at right tackle.

Source: Despite recent reports that he’s still experiencing some swelling and pain in his foot, I’m told Lane Johnson will play on Sunday.

From @NFLGameDay with The Insiders on the #Giants’ coaching search and #Eagles RT Lane Johnson being anything but a slam dunk to play tomorrow against the #49ers. We’ll keep an eye on that one. pic.twitter.com/f6vBRYKbzp
