The Eagles are a little over 24 hours from kicking off their NFC wild-card game against the 49ers, and Brett Toth has been ruled out with a concussion after being listed as questionable. Philadelphia is among the healthiest teams in the NFL and will have 21-22 full-time starters in the lineup on Sunday (Andrew Mukuba-IR). Landon Dickerson (rest), Toth (concussion), Grant Calcaterra (ankle), Jalen Carter (hip), Dallas Goedert (knee), Johnson (foot), Dean (hamstring), Marcus Epps (concussion), Azeez Ojulari (hamstring), and Jaelan Phillips (ankle) were all full participants on Friday. Still, Toth has yet to clear the concussion protocol.

Most importantly, Lane Johnson is back in the Eagles lineup, and the star right tackle just logged a full week of practice for the first time since missing six games with a Lisfranc injury. Most importantly, Johnson and Nakobe Dean were among the key Eagles on the NovaCare Center practice fields on FridayJohnson is listed as questionable for Sunday afternoon, a positive sign that he's back.

In the Week 18 season finale, Johnson missed his sixth straight game with a Lisfranc sprain in his foot despite initial thoughts that he'd return for Week 15.

For San Francisco, Trent Williams (hamstring), Ricky Pearsall (knee, ankle) are among seven 49ers listed as questionable for the wild-card game vs. the Eagles. Williams missed Wednesday's session, but was limited on Thursday and Friday.
