No. Haaland is Norwegian and has represented Norway throughout his international career.
Although he was born in England, both of Haaland's parents are Norwegian. As a result, he has always been eligible to represent Norway under FIFA's nationality rules.
Where was Erling Haaland born?
Haaland was born in Leeds, England, on July 21, 2000, while his father, Alfie Haaland, was playing in the Premier League for Leeds United.
Alfie Haaland later represented Manchester City before retiring in 2003. Haaland's mother, Gry Marita Braut, was a track and field athlete and represented Norway in the heptathlon. The family returned to their homeland when Erling was still a young child.
