St. Louis is in serious long-term trouble after three years of horrendous drafting under Mike Martz. They haven't drafted anyone decent since he became head coach. Everyone they have now that's any good was acquired under Vermeil (Faulk, Warner, Bruce, Holt, Winstrom, Little).

In two years, when everyone except Torry Holt starts winding down their careers, the Rams will be bad for a long, long time. And that's the latest that Martz will be fired.

They spent a first-round pick on Adam Archuleta, for God's sakes!?
