I used to listen to relaxing music, mostly the sound of rain, all the time to help me sleep.

Now I listen to my favorite songs to start the day. IMO, there is real healing power in the right music.

I have a "get psyched" playlist on Youtube, but I can't listen to it too much at work. It gets me too psyched.

I like it, especially for a job that can be stressful. They should be playing this type of music at the Timberline Lodge. It would add a nice ambiance.
