The South Carolina Gamecocks, led by coach Dawn Staley, have been the team to beat during the last decade or so of the annual SEC basketball tournament. Staley and the women's team have won nine of the last 11 tournaments and are currently the top seed in the conference heading into this year's matchups. The 2026 SEC Women's Basketball Tournament tips off Wednesday, March 4, and runs through Sunday, March 8, with all games taking place at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina.
