Former Tennessee basketball star Nate Ament played in his fourth NBA Summer League game for the Milwaukee Bucks on July 15 in Las Vegas at Cox Pavilion against the Charlotte Hornets.

Ament led the Bucks, who won 110-91, with 23 points and six rebounds in 25 minutes.

The No. 13 overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft played his best game of summer league so far. He looked aggressive from the opening minutes, scoring in transition and on an and-one corner 3 within his first three shots, finishing with five points, two rebounds and an assist in just over five minutes of first-quarter action.

Milwaukee opened the game on a 13-0 run and closed the first quarter up 28-18. Ament checked back in to start the second and immediately hit another 3, matching his summer league high of eight points just 13 minutes into the game. Milwaukee took a 53-37 lead into halftime.

Charlotte used a 16-2 run in the third quarter to cut Milwaukee's lead to one. The Bucks answered with a 16-0 run to take a 15-point edge into the fourth. Ament checked back in with 7:26 left and took over down the stretch, scoring three straight buckets, including a driving and-one, before closing out his night at the free-throw line.

Charlotte rookie Hannes Steinbach led all scorers with 27 points on 13-for-22 shooting.
