Robert Saleh's tenure as the head coach of the New York Jets is long gone.

His time as leading the Tennessee Titans has only just begun.

The Titans named Saleh their head coach earlier this offseason. The 2026 season will be his first year at the helm and he will do so with plenty of familiar faces by his side... not just in terms of coaches but players, too.

Saleh's hiring was not all that shocking because of how successful his defenses were in New York. Speaking of, the former Jets coach signed numerous former players from his time in New York to join him in Tennessee already this offseason. Most play on the defensive side of the ball.
