Duke softball awaits its postseason fate as Selection Sunday arrives.

The Blue Devils and head coach Marissa Young expect to make their sixth straight NCAA Tournament appearance in just their ninth season. Duke finished the regular season ranked second in the ACC and will learn its postseason destination Sunday, May 10, during this year's selection show.

Duke has made five NCAA regional appearances, three super regional appearances and one Women's College World Series appearance, in 2024. Last season saw the Blue Devils host the Durham Regional but fall to Georgia.
