Duke softball is back in the NCAA super regionals after a one-year hiatus.
It marks the fourth time in program history, and within the last five years, that the Blue Devils have advanced to the super regional round. The No. 12 seed Duke (43-15) will be on the road at No. 5 seed Arkansas (45-11) at Bogle Park.
Duke went 4-1 to win the Durham Regional, winning both games against Arizona on May 17 in the regional championship. Arkansas went 3-0 in the Fayetteville Regional with wins over Fordham (8-0) and South Florida (9-1, 10-2).
The Fayetteville Super Regional will take place from May 22-24, with games airing on ESPNU and ESPN2. The winner of the super regional advances to the Women's College World Series. Duke has made one trip to Oklahoma CIty in 2024, when it defeated Missouri on the road in the Columbia Super Regional.

Duke will face No. 5 Arkansas in the Fayetteville Super Regional. The Razorbacks are making their fourth super regional appearance in the last six seasons having gone 3-0 at the Fayetteville Regional.
It will be the second all-time meeting between the two programs. The lone came in February 2023, with the Blue Devils defeating the Razorbacks 7-4 in Clearwater, Florida at the Clearwater Invitational.
