We much rather play Minn in Minn than Philly in Philly in January. Now we must hope Dallas wins...Minn loses or just Philly loses....because if we stay 4th seed....and we win 1st playoff game we goto Philly. Playing in 20 degrees isnt good for this team. Rather it just stay the way it was unless Minn loses and Philly loses.....do not want Philly 2nd seed.

If they can't bring their A game to less than hospitable climate, then they don't really deserve to move on.

I really don't care who/where we play, nothing is predictable with this team, in fact.. I would rather see them go down the hardest road.. this team has a history of laying a big fat egg against the "easier" teams.

Dallas will beat Philly. And there is a very good chance the Giants will beat Minne.

Agree on #1. The Eagles lost their center for the year, and look very vulnerable on defense. Cowboys seem to be peaking at the right time.

#2 not as much. The Vikings are in free fall, but their defense plays much better in the Metrodome. But if the Giants come to play, they have a legitimate shot at a "W". It helps a little that the Vikings are coming off a Monday nighter on the road.

You are wrong. If Philly is the #3 seed and we are the #4 seed we would play in New Orleans if we won.

I'm not so sure that Philly is a great team in bad weather. Our D is better than theirs, and they are very much a passing team, as we are. I think I like our run game better than theirs, though their screen game is very good. The biggest question is Kurt, and can he hold on to the ball in the cold, and the fact that we are not used to playing in the cold, but that can be overcome.

For me, the bottom line is we have a chance to get a huge advantage by getting the #2, so it is worth a possible change of venue.

Let's not forget folks that Carolina was supposed to crush us on the east coast last year.

Yep. And then a bunch of people got out of bed to meet the team at the airport and the facility in the wee small hours.

No fear.

Im right...If Philly wins this week they are the #2 seed. Which will get the winner of the 4 vs 5 unless 6 beats 3. We will be 4th seed.

Nope. You are wrong. You said that if we were the #4 seed, after we won the first round we would play Philly, implying that was set. Assuming the #3 beats the #6, that is who the #2 (Philly) would play. The #1 (NO) would play the winner of #4 and #5 (AZ) because they would be the lower seed. We aren't automatically the #4 if Philly wins either. If Giants, Eagles, Cardinals win, we are #3. That scenario would give us the best chance of having to play Philly in Philly.

I am not conceding anything but Carolina is about 30 degrees warmer then Philly at that time of year.

Think that doesn't matter? See what happened last year @ Philly and @ New England.

Our 38 yr old QB is HOF in the dome but anyone want to pull his career numbers in the 30 degrees and below games? AND that is before he turned 38. Not to mention we practice as a team in freaking AZ. Have as much faith as you want but anyone with half a brain recognizes that is the worse matchup possible.

I have seen some of Campos's posts quoted so I find it funny/ironic that probably the BIGGEST reason we would struggle in Philly is his main man KW not playing at the Pro Bowl level in the cold. More likely he would be good for 2+ turnovers in fact. Must be a coincidence you didn't mention that, right?

Don't bother responding Campos. I got you on Ignore ;)
