I pushed the Raiders stadium expansion right to the edge. I don't think there is much else we can do.

We will be paying the installment first before paying the rest - We'll the loan paid off before the 2nd due date though.

I went real aggressive with the construction because our fan support is gonna plummet when the season starts affecting concession sales.

We're gonna slowly sell out our home games - 2 games at a time during the season. We don't want to cut our prices so that we sell out the season and lose our profit margin.

Here is a breakdown for the year:

Salary: 1,854,000
Trade: $0
Equipment $0
Bonus $0
Expansion $3,185,000 (seats purchased)
Construction $3,000,000 (2 loans)
Total: $8,039,000

End of year Budget:
$1,630,600 minus the loan interest of $101k

Which comes out to $1.5 mil to roll over fer the 2nd season to get the two endzone sections.

When the trade restriction passes the Knights will trade cash and Eshemi Ejumor (LB) for Roy H. and Kl'rt.

That will be a cost savings for the Raiders of $190k in salary plus and additional $300k (trade money) for a net of $490k. We'll let it float as "bonus" money for for retaining the players when contracts start expiring on day 40.
