No surprise, but the Jacksonville Jaguars' coordinators, Grant Udinski and Anthony Campanile, are getting head coaching looks this offseason.
We know that Campanile has had at least three head coaching interviews, and Udinski has two.
Campanile's defense was one of the best at creating turnovers in 2025. During the Jaguars' eight-game winning streak, that unit held opponents to under 15 points per game.
Udinski played a key role in Trevor Lawrence's growth and in the success the Jacksonville offense had over the second half of the season, averaging almost 33 points per game during their eight-game winning streak.
But going beyond the production, there are a few other reasons why Udinski and Campanile are garnering head coaching attention.
Liam Coen recently discussed potentially losing one or both of his coordinators to head coaching jobs.
"It's the frustrating part about success," Coen said. "It's why it's always such a challenge to reload in this business and continue to win. I think both of those guys are going to get multiple opportunities.
"It's definitely something you want them to go through this process -- I was fortunate enough to go through this process -- and you don’t want to hold guys back. But, hey look, it’s my job to go find others too.”
As of Friday morning, here is the current interview schedule for Campanile and Udinski:
According to the NFL Network, Campanile had an in-person interview on Thursday with the Cardinals. This was his second interview with the team.
Campanile also interviewed with Miami and Baltimore, but both of those roles have been filled.
Udinski is among the finalists for the Browns' head coaching job, according to Jordan Schultz. He will have a second interview, and it will be in-person on Friday.
According to Adam Schefter, as the Bills begin their head coaching search, Udinski will interview with Buffalo on Sunday. The interview will be in-person in Florida.
