Jacksonville Jaguars' defensive coordinator Anthony Campanile received his first head coaching interview request.

According to the NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, the Miami Dolphins have requested to interview Campanile for their head coaching opening.

Campanile has a few connections to Miami. The Dolphins' new general manager, Jon-Eric Sullivan, came from Green Bay and spent a season there with Campanile. Before joining the Packers in 2024, Campanile coached for several seasons in Miami.

In his first season as the Jaguars' defensive coordinator, Campanile's unit has had a lot of success. This includes being one of the best defenses at forcing takeaways, along with this unit surrendering under 15 points per game during Jacksonville's eight-game winning streak.

Given the Jaguars' success on defense, it's no surprise that Campanile is drawing interest. The 2025 season was his first as defensive coordinator.

Offensive coordinator Grant Udinski also has the opportunity to interview with the Cleveland Browns for their head coaching opening.
