something tells me that harbaugh is going to do well in New York if they let him do his job. very jealous as a cowboys fan. I guess I will stop watching cowboys giants games in the future because we all know where that is most likely going to go in Harbaugh's tenure.

I agree. But I seem to recall a team getting substantial sanctions some years back for failing the requirements.
I was just curious to see how the league would have handled it had they not met the requirements....the Giants are not in the same status class as teams like Cleveland or Arizona

Of course he will. He did great in his job at Baltimore until the owner decided being woke and was more cost-effective than being right.
I can't wait until Jerry Jones is woke or unwoke. whatever it has to be to get him to change. I guess he's 83 so no telling how much more time he has. that's the only change on the horizon. I've said before that his son doesn't appear to be any brighter than Jerry, in fact I think he's more of an idiot based on many of the stupid things that he has said when explaining personnel decisions.

Baltimore's FO > NY Giants FO historically. Harbaugh will be mid-decent in NY, but never quite as good as in Baltimore. Think Jim Fassel good, not Parcells or Coughlin good.

Anything woke Jerrah has ever done, wasn't because he wanted to...lol It was for $ and optics, not because it's what he truly believes.
Very excited for my friend who started coaching for the Giants last year and has ties to Harbaugh. This hiring should give him and his family some stability.

Stefanski did win 2 coach of the year awards before Cleveland destroyed everything in the Watson trade. Trust me, they could do a lot worse, oh wait, they did, his name is Gannon lol. My hope is that we can hire Kubiak or Saleh with McDaniel as the OC.

You’re right. The rule has been an amazing success. There were 3 black head coaches when the rule was made and now there’s 3. Great rule!!! All of those minorities who were disrespected with quota interviews as a way of skirting the rule are so blessed.

The Rooney Rule is so disrespectful towards minorities. It’s basically putting your arm around a minority & saying “look, you’re not smart enough or qualified enough to land an NFL HC job without our help”. The intent is a good one, but its success has been a huge failure. Social engineering NEVER works.
