ROMNEY, W.Va. — Hampshire won a 6-5 thriller, and Flintstone bounced back with a 17-0 rout for a doubleheader split in Mountain League Baseball Junior Division contests Tuesday.

Hampshire scored three runs in the bottom of the fifth inning for a walk-off win, with Corbin See plating the winning run on a wild pitch.

See doubled, singled and scored three times, a Ronnie Cheves was the winning pitcher in relief.

Flintstone's Brock Divelbiss doubled twice and drove in two, and Noah Swadley doubled and singled. Chase Mallow took the loss on the mound.

Flintstone responded with a four-inning romp, bolstered by a 12-run third and five Hampshire errors.

Mallow and Carson Williams both had two hits and three RBIs, Mason Kisamore had two singled and drove in two, Divelbiss had two ribbies, and Weston Twigg doubled.

Brody Norris tossed a complete-game shutout, pitching four innings of two-hit ball with seven strikeouts and three walks.

Bentley Mynhier was tabbed with the loss for Hampshire.

Hampshire (5-3) heads to Broadford Park to take on the Westmar Builders on Thursday at 6:30 p.m.

Flintstone (5-1) hosts Casselman Valley on Friday at 6 p.m.

Frostburg 13, Bedford 12

FROSTBURG — Frostburg plated multiple runs in four of six innings to hold off a late Bedford rally in a Junior Division game on Tuesday.

Bedford tied the tally at nine after scoring four in the top of the fifth, but Frostburg answered with three in the bottom half and four in the sixth.

The support came in handy as Bedford scored three in the seventh, bringing the tying run to the plate.

Frostburg's Simon Greise, Scott Cowan, and Gavin and Landon Smith had three hits apiece. Jaxon Emerick got the win, allowing an earned run on two innings of relief.

Bedford's Gavin Wagoner and Mason Bullington both doubled and singled, Ayden Clark and Raylan Hyde drove in three runs each, Rhys Altman had two ribbies, and Altman and Clark singled twice apiece.

Brantley Elliott was dealt the loss on the bump.

Bedford (3-2) faced the Cresaptown Eagles on Wednesday and heads to Broadford Park to take on Westmar Builders on Friday at 7:30 p.m.

Frostburg (2-6) hosts the Travel Mug Sluggers on Thursday at 6 p.m.

Amoroso's 11, Westmar Builders 1

WESTERNPORT — Amoroso's tallied 11 runs over the final three innings to rout Westmar Builders in a Junior Division contest on Tuesday.

Briyer Cadwallader went 3 for 4 with two doubles, Bayne Stowell was 2 for 2 with a doubled and three runs, Brentley Cadwallader finished 2 for 4 with three runs, and Grant Johnson drove in three runs.

Briyer Cadwallader picked up the win tossing 4 1/3 frames of shutout ball, surrendering one hit, striking out seven and walking seven.

Luke Ashby was tabbed with tabbed with the loss for Westmar Builders.

Amoroso's (3-5) battles Cumberland Rotary at Hamilton Field on Thursday at 6 p.m.

Westmar Builders (1-4) welcomes Hampshire to Broadford Park on Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
