Grant Afseth: Shams Charania from ESPN reported a couple of potential Eastern Conference suitors like the Atlanta Hawks, Detroit Pistons, Toronto Raptors. But those teams so far, doesn't seem like there's meaningful traction by any means of a great offer that the Dallas Mavericks cannot refuse. I've been asking around, and there's more skepticism than optimism about Detroit and Atlanta as viable trade destinations. Because of various reasons, like Detroit has it rolling right now. Like, there's, probably a reluctance to break that team up and complicate things chemistry wise with how the season has gone for them. And then Atlanta, they also have to solve Trae Young's future, with their team long-term. So do you go into the offseason where you have to give contract clarity to Trae Young and Anthony Davis? That's where it gets complicated. And they could get a potential top three, even number one overall pick this year where you're adding that next to Jalen Johnson.
