Rallis has to adapt to the personnel he has. According to this site, we blitz at the 4th lowest rate in the entire league. We just don't have the players to consistently put pressure on the qb with our front four. Don't like the fact that we need to blitz more, but I'll take my chances with it. We are getting carved up when only rushing four, especially on crucial drives where we need a stop.

That's pretty damning.
Rallis was very good last year. Maybe the personnel and injuries are too much to overcome.

Bad defensive play calling at the end of games also relate. Is he being forced to coach like that, or is it his own decision. Either way, it's bad.
