I know people are saying preseason is worthless and don't risk hurting Palmer. Still I do not believe a QB can just walk on a field and turn it on. There's a rhythm that a QB needs to find and lock into. He doesn't have to have a great game; he just needs to get into the speed of play and become comfortable with it. I'll be looking at how relaxed he seems and how in command of the field. His passes may not be their sharpest yet, but he needs to look the part.

Agree. They need game speed to get their timing down.

Also why is it other team's backup QB's can actually complete passes and throw them accurately?
