ESPN, NFL Network to air 32 preseason games live in 2026

In two weeks, the Houston Texans will be back on the practice fields for the start of training camp, signaling that the NFL season is right around the corner.

Slowly, all 31 other NFL franchises will take the field to begin preparation for the 2026 NFL season. Houston's goals are drastically different than those found in Arizona or Cleveland, but everything starts with a promising performance during training camp.

For Texans fans who live in the Greater Houston area, every preseason game will be on ABC. For those outside of the Lone Star State, it could be hard to catch games unless they're on national television.

The good news? ESPN announced that between its broadcasts, the NFL Network and the ESPN app, 32 preseason games will air live. While only one game will air live on ESPN, 19 will air live on NFL Network and 12 more will be available to stream on the ESPN app for subscribers.

So, how many games will be on air for the Texans? Here's a look at the preseason schedule's broadcasting rights.
