Florida State men's and women's basketball have another piece to the scheduling puzzle solved.

Announced Friday morning, via a press release, the Seminoles basketball programs have matched with SEC programs in ESPN's fourth annual ACC/SEC Challenge. The men's team will travel to face Tennessee on Tuesday, Dec. 1, while the women's team hosts Missouri on Thursday, Dec. 3.

TV information and tip-off times are yet to be announced.

Under head coach Luke Loucks, the Seminoles' men's program had a promising first season under the former point guard. FSU was a three-point shot that bounced off the back iron as time expired, away from upsetting Duke in the ACC Tournament, and finished the regular season with an 18-15 record and a 10-8 ACC record, which set the program record for conference wins by a first-year head coach.

“We’re excited about the SEC/ACC Challenge,” Loucks said in a press release. “Traveling to Tennessee will be a great early-season opportunity for our team as we continue to blend a highly rated signing class with a distinguished group of transfers. This game will be another piece of a strong non-conference schedule intentionally put together to prepare our team for the ACC and postseason.”

FSU is 4-5 all-time against Tennessee.

Led by fifth-year head coach Brooke Wyckoff, the Seminoles women's program welcomes Missouri to Tallahassee for only the sixth meeting between the two programs. FSU finished last season with a 10-21 record and a 5-13 conference mark.

To try and address needs on the roster, the Seminoles dipped into the transfer portal and prep recruitment. FSU added 11 newcomers for the upcoming season, including Ice Brady, Aga Makurat, Timaya Lewis-Eutsey, Jasmine Nivar, Savannah Henderson, Joy Egbuna, Chamiah Francis, Asia Lee, Kennedy Loux, Missy Odom, and Morgan Stewart in the signing class.

FSU is 3-2 all-time against Missouri.
