Tennessee's men's and women's track and field teams combined to have four student-athletes earn All-SEC indoor honors after the SEC Indoor Championships.
Cade Gray, Ismaila Sawaneh, Myreanna Bebe and Mary Nyaboke Ogwoka received all-conference honors when the league announced its postseason awards.
Sewaneh earned First-Team All-SEC recognition in the pole vault as he won a SEC championship with a career best mark of 5.78 meters (18-11.5) in Bryan-College Station, Texas.
Gray was recognized with second-team all-conference honors in the pole vault as he won a silver medal, finishing runner-up to Sewaneh. He posted an effort of 5.73 meters (18-9.5), his personal best mark in the pole vault and received all-conference honors for the second time in his career.
For the Lady Vols, Ogwoka earned Third-Team All-SEC honors after a third-place finish in the one-mile run as she crossed the finish line in 4.33.60. Bebe also earned third-team all-conference honors as she finished third in the 60 meter hurdles. She recorded a time of 8.02 in the finals and a career-best time of 7.96 in the preliminary round. Bebe was recognized as an All-SEC standout for the second time in her career.
