Former Las Vegas Raiders linebacker Devin White was an absolute workhorse throughout 2025. White registered a sizable 174 tackles during the season. That was good enough to finish third in tackles in the entire NFL.
The NFL announced the top performance-based pay earners for the 2025 campaign on Monday. White finished 13th, earning an additional $1,133,486 for his production, according to data released by the league office. White signed a one-year contract with the Raiders last offseason worth $1.1 million. He essentially doubled his season earnings by being productive.
There was debate over White's true impact for a terrible Raiders defense throughout 2025. Despite the eye-popping tackle numbers, Pro Football Focus assigned him a lackluster run defense grade of 47.0. White was even worse in coverage, according to PFF, who tagged him with a 36.1 score in that department.
The Raiders completely revamped their linebacker room in NFL free agency. White has not been re-signed and isn't expected back with the Raiders in 2026. General manager John Spytek got aggressive at the position, adding Quay Walker and Nakobe Dean via expensive contracts. They will be your off-ball linebackers in 2026.
White was a top-15 finisher in performance-based incentives earned. Nonetheless, the Raiders decided against re-signing him this offseason. White will now search for another opportunity elsewhere in 2026.
