The start of the second half in Monday's World Cup game in Philadelphia Stadium is delayed by inclement weather.

France leads Iraq, 1-0, at halftime.

As the first half ended, fans were asked to leave their seats, seek shelter, and move to covered areas on the concourse.

Soon after, FIFA announced that the start of the second half would be delayed 15 minutes, though that time period could be extended if the weather doesn't improve.
