More stats in the stadium. Not enough, at all.

FULL VIDEOBOARD REPLAYS. I don't need to see dumb marketing crap on half the bigboard when they are showing a replay.

Fix the audio so the lower seats can hear it too. It's garbled and garbage.

Oh, and we LOVE the "another Cardinals...FIRST DOWN!!!" but nobody knows that it is supposed to be "a thing." There needs to be some in-game prompts for that, on the board above, etc, instead of just the PA announcer because it is hard to hear him. Flash "First Down" when people are supposed to yell, and soon enough, the stadium will be screaming it.

Tell them enough with the FRICKING TOWELS!!!

Hand out the plastic megaphones that many of us already bring in. Get the crowd noise LOUD. Tell them that we need to advocate a stadium of noise. If that means we need Big Red on the screen saying Get Loud on EVERY down of defense, then so be it...and him saying SHHHHHH and QUIET when we are on O.

+1

A message across the board saying "SHUT UP! Offense at work!" would help.

Not a local, so maybe they won't care, but it is an absolute nightmare getting out of the parking lots. So much so that I'd rather pay double the going room rate and stay at the Hampton across the way than try to fight, for an hour or two, my way out of the lot.

That's my biggest gripe - mostly because I know I have a 5 hour drive (at best) staring me in the face as soon as I get out of the stadium.

Gripe #2 - more big and tall in the team shop.

[edit] - positive side - it's a great experience, no matter how you cut it. Stadium is great, and so are the people.

How was the traffic after the SeaHawks game? Once again a Cards game at the same time as the NASCAR race. Last time I was out there and that happened it was a NIGHTMARE getting back to Chandler.

Somebody be sure and say something about trying not to schedule home games the same day as the race!!!!

I think the new regulations on tailgating that the Cards have put into place pretty much stink. And I have always from Season one in UofP had issue with the way Security operates.

Jimmy,

See if you can bring up the length of tailgating, both before and after the game. 4 hours is fun, but 6 would be even more fun. I'm sure they are looking at cost of hiring security for an even longer period of time, but it seems like tailgating goes on for much longer periods of time at other stadiums.

I parked WAY at the back of the Orange lot, so getting out took me about 45 minutes.

My rule of thumb is typically 5 hours after I turn onto Grand Ave. off of the 101, I'm at my house so long as: 1. I don't get pulled over; 2. No convoys on the way back (some idiot is always going 10 MPH under the speed limit during the head to head traffic past Wikinburg (SP)); 3. Traffic over the dam is decent, especially that last 20 miles to the dam (again, always 1 idiot who is going 30 and refused to let anyone pass).

Our fans have a lot to learn.

I was invited to this, but I can't attend. I do hope someone BEGS for the megaphones though...good lord, sooooo much better than a towel, and just as cheap.

+1 Good call.

Take either Northern or Camelback (depending on which way you exit) to Litchfield Park and then North to Grand Avenue, and avoid 101. This saves me at least 20 minutes.

And aren't you in the club section? The center bars are open for a long time after the game and (depending upon if you are the designated driver or not) you can spend some quality time watching the post game interview while enjoying a cold one. You can see the parking lot empty and then leave when the time seems right. It certainly beats sitting in traffic and basically takes the same amount of time.

And last, the dam bypass bridge is on track for a next October/November opening. That's going to knock off at least a half hour.

Oh - and as far as suggestions go (other than the great one's already posted) would to add some privacy shields at all the urinals. Perhaps it's because I'm so damn attractive, but I've had a drunken Bears fan, 2 smashed Cowboy fans and an assorted number of other drunks either fall onto me or bump me as they were going about their business, and that might be prevented if there was some kind of barrier in place.

Down and distance/scores around league and Etc NEED to be on the giant screen. Its stupid to have to turn around and look at the little one half the time.

A larger big board would be good. Like the one the D-backs have. TV monitors around the walkway or in the bathrooms. Can't see whats happening when you are in line to pee. More food choices and longer tailgating at the end of the game.

I'm in Group B, but can't attend.

They need to go back to the old way of separating men and women before the pat-downs. It went much faster.

Now couples walk all the way up to the front together and then get separated. One or the other usually has to go to the end of a long line, usually the woman. Then, while my wife goes to the back of the line and waits her turn, other women just step over and cut in line. It's a joke.

very nit-picky but talk to them about those red bars that go up and down by the "Red Zone" score board. they should be using those things for crowd noise. Arizona people eat that stuff up.

Maybe I'm just dumb or it's because I hang around with Duckjake but never could figure out the purpose of those lights. Noise meter would be perfect.

LVG goes out to the west so doesn't get so caught up in that but geez what a nightmare!

Could someone suggest talking to the little hitler cops? They aren't special, and they aren't there to fight the city crime rate. If they are standing next to a box of window flags that were the handouts for the day and someone asks for another, maybe threatening with arrest isn't the most fan friendly thing to do.

BTW- went to the next door and the stadium girl give us all we wanted, said there were a ton left over.

You aren't guarding Fort Knoxx here slick.

Those are not mutually exclusive (ouch! kidding!!!!)

For the Vegas folks, it is probably inconvenient, but whenever I go to Vegas I avoid Grand Ave. altogether and just take the I-17 to the 74 (Lake Pleasant exit). Yes about 15 more miles but no stoplights and traffic.

Can't help with the other lots, but if you park in the Green Lot "E", I know a trick to get out of there quickly. PM me if you want to know.

Complaints:

1) The water in the drinking fountains is not cold, if you can even get a stream. I miss the free cold ice-water at SDS (the only thing I miss about SDS other than the location).

2) Same as Joel - down and distance on the big screen.

3) More replays. Less stupid stuff on the screen.

Compliments:

1) Good seats with cupholders. If I never sit on a metal George Foreman bleacher again I'll be happy.

2) Good radio reception for Dave Pasch and Wolf on the FM band. AM band is useless in the stadium. Oh and free WI-FI, though I haven't had much success with it yet.

I'll have to do that next time. Didn't know the info about the bars being open later, to be honest, when the game is over, I just want to start the drive home. No alcohol for me after the 1st qtr since I usually drive (and I've been drinking at the Irish pub at Westgate anyway...).

The dam bypass will make a HUGE difference - and make it easier - looking forward to it.

I used to take the 17 N and then cut across, but I've deliberately avoided going anywhere around Cave Creek until they open Crazy Ed's back up. Used to be tradition - get into CC, go to Crazy Ed's, swing by the old house (across the way from the welding shop), then go down to hotel. But since they closed, I refuse to go to CC anymore, until Crazy Ed's opens back up.

I signed up for Group B also.

My biggest gripe is the food and beer selection. UoP doesn't have the variety of great food choices that other modern stadiums have. Not to mention I don't enjoy crap beer!

My other issue is showing scores from around the league. I want a board that shows the scores from around the league on a continual basis. Showing one play from a game and then not showing the final score is the dumbest thing I have ever seen.

Did you go? I was there............

I brought that up and several people agreed. Also brought up the no tailgating during the game. And the video board not having down and distance etc. Plus scores around the league. It was a good group of people and I think most of us had pretty similar gripes.
