What makes this "universe" so fascinating? I liked 1883, but outside of that, what about this whole thing makes almost 10 separate series necessary?

IDK, I liked Yellowstone over the first 2 or maybe 3 seasons, but it got way over the top as time went on. TBF the first season doesn't hold up as well for me. I also liked 1883. The story writing is good if you like that style, but I think the actors have a lot to do with the success, especially Cosner. I also liked Harrison Ford and Hellen Mirren in the first season of 1923, but there's too much drift as that one goes on.

oh it got much worse. especially with Beth and Jamie. Just when you think it can't get more ridiculous, it does. and then they killed off the main character that made the show, because everyone knows that Costner walked. Probably because the writer wasn't fully invested anymore and wanted to write his character into the show more. the last season was sloppy. there were some episodes that had a lot of filler with pop music and promos.

I loved Beth to start the first season. The actress is always nails and is gorgeous, and she was interesting...then she stayed the same. No freaking character arc. Boring.

That’s the problem she didn’t stay the same they turned her into a Marvel Superhero who also happens to be a Bond Villain.

Her long drawn out I’m a bad ass speeches were hilariously bad.
