Kon Knueppel's younger brother and recent Duke commit Kager Knueppel recently put the finishing touches on a strong AAU season for Team Herro.
During the Nike EYBL championship finale, also known as the Peach Jam, Knueppel led Team Herro to the 17U semifinals. Although they would fall to the Florida Rebels 84-76, Knueppel proved himself as a force to be reckoned with, scoring 24 points in 32 minutes, all of which came from beyond the arc.
Knueppel shot 8-for-13 from 3-point range and added eight rebounds, five blocks, and one steal while committing just two turnovers. Florida would go on to win the tournament.
Knueppel has one more year of high school basketball before his well-awaited arrival at Duke ahead of the 2027-28 collegiate season.
