The Miami Dolphins were busy during the league's legal-tampering period, and one of their first moves was agreeing to a contract with former Green Bay Packers and Tennessee Titans quarterback Malik Willis.
On Thursday, Miami officially announced the move, meaning Willis is now locked in for the next three years and will likely serve as their starter, replacing Tua Tagovailoa, who was officially released on Thursday.
