The Miami Dolphins are expected to struggle in 2026 after moving on from many key players over the last few months and bringing in a new head coach to replace Mike McDaniel.

If Miami performs how they're expected, the team will likely land a top spot in the 2027 NFL draft, and while that three-day event is still a ways away, experts and analysts are already projecting who teams could take next year.

Using the current Super Bowl odds, Pro Football Network's Ian Cummings recently put together a three-round mock draft for next year, and here's who he has the Dolphins taking with their first three picks.

EDGE Dylan Stewart - South Carolina (No. 2 overall)

"Stewart’s sheer physical potential is the core of his evaluation; he has a near-unmatched blend of explosiveness, lateral agility, quickness, bend, length, and relentless motor, and there are glimpses of proper pass-rush execution with angle manipulation, stunt efficiency, upper-lower synergy, and power production," Cummings wrote.

"Overall, Stewart has room to keep expanding his counter arsenal and improve his hand precision, and he has room to add a bit more mass and supplement his play strength as well. But at his maximum, he’s a blue-chip presence, and that’s a type of ability Miami doesn’t yet have at one of the most important positions."

DL William Echoles - Ole Miss (No. 34 overall)

"Needing more interior defenders to fit Jeff Hafley’s schematic preferences, William Echoles serves as a perfect value addition here with his leverage game and pass-rushing reliability at 6-foot-3, 315 pounds," Cummings wrote.

S Bray Hubbard - Alabama (No. 66 overall)

"At 6-foot-2, 217 pounds, with 7 career interceptions, Bray Hubbard brings an exciting blend of playmaking skills and run support utility to the fold for a building Miami defense," Cummings wrote.
