Rex and Rob and Buddy. They did a feature on these jackasses earlier in the year and one of the fat slobs laughingly said that Dad essentially let them learn how to coach by allowing them to be unqualified on the Buddy Ball staff. Its not a joke to me. Buddy Ball is responsible for some of my worst memories as a Cardinals fan. I remember in year two when I barely had any money, I went out and bought 8 tickets for that Christmas Eve game, because I was sure we would be good and the relatives visiting would certainly to want to go. I couldn't give those things away. I remember the Steve Bono Chiefs game, I worked a 14 hour shift, slept 3 hours, went to that horror show of a game, had some loser scream "Cardinals suck" as I walked back to my car to go work a 14 hour shift. All I could think was, this team does suck, that was the worst play I've seen in football at any level, ever.
Anyway, my point is, my hatred for these fools, who IMO perpertrated one of the biggest frauds in NFL history, which was called Buddy ball is intense. Buddy Ball which started with "you got a winner in town" and ended with a coward deserting his team while it was still on the field. They won't ever get a pass from me. When Rob Ryan called that timeout, which singlehandedly lost that game on Monday, I felt something approaching pure joy. If the Pats do end up making history, Rob will get a nice humilating footnote as part of it.
