I heard a report the other day that Goddell is going to outlaw tackling next season. All players will be required to wear flags around their waist. Automatic $5,000 fine for pushing over another player. Each individual occurrence there after will receive fines that go up $2500 incrementally.

I noticed a bunch of players from other teams got similar fines this week for personal fouls like face masks and such.
