I agree. The DL was the equivalent of the 2nd half of a pre-season game after the first string has been pulled.
The guys played hard on a very short practice week. Ditto with putting all LBers and DBs out there to get a pass rush---they had a short week to practice that.
I don't blame SK. When the season opened, we looked to have a good DL room. The injuries all piling up at once---well, that's part of the chaos factor of the NFL.
As disappointing as this loss is, we are still on track to go 10-6. Just sorry that the Cards blew yet another opportunity to strut their stuff on national TV.
