Too bad for DJ... he was a solid receiving threat out of the backfield. He wasn't a great runner though.

Between Edmonds & TJ Logan, I think we'll be alright.

It's always rough to lose someone so close to the start of season but Foster was a special teamer at best. Never showed much as a runner.

With Foster out for the season now, Penny will be making the team for sure.

yeah you could tell by the body language after the injury happened it was probably an ACL.

Johnson, Edmonds, Logan, and Penny makes for a nice young backfield. Just gotta give em some holes. I'm excited to see what Chase can do when he gets a shot. I rolled my eyes at the pick based on Keim's habit of blowing middle round picks on unheard of guys, but maybe this one was on target. He's looked electric in the opportunities given (as did Logan yesterday!)

Weirdly enough, it might be a blessing in disguise for a guy likely to be cut. Won't he get his contract guaranteed now?

Regarding the injury, I really respect and appreciate Wilks on how he handles such injuries to second tier players and sees past his objective of winning and devotes attention to a player in a presser
