Keniya Todd is transferring from Richwoods to an Illinois prep school.
The junior all-stater announced via social media her decision to leave Peoria for the Frankfort-based Example Academy. Todd is a Division-I prospect, holding scholarship offers from Delaware, Bradley, Loyola Chicago, Illinois-Chicago, Purdue, SMU and Chicago State.
"I’m excited that I’ve chosen Example Academy Prep School as the next step in my basketball journey," Todd posted on Instagram on Friday, July 17. "I’m grateful for everyone who has supported, encouraged, and believed in me along the way. This is another opportunity to grow as a player, student, and person.
"I’m ready to accept the challenge, put in the work, and see what God has in store for me."
