Though the Las Vegas Raiders are still in the midst of their head coaching search, the 2026 Panini Senior Bowl is underway in Mobile, Alabama. The Raiders are represented at the premier pre-draft event. General manager John Spytek is equipped with 10 selections in the 2026 NFL draft.
Spytek's staff are identifying future Raiders in Mobile. Wide receiver is a position of need in Vegas. We've identified three wide receivers who shined during the first day of Senior Bowl practices.
Notre Dame wide receiver Malachi Fields is among the bigger-name wideouts in attendance. Fields successfully used his size on the boundary on a number of occasions. He positioned his frame to out-box and out-muscle defenders at the catch point.
Georgia Southern wide receiver Ted Hurst arrived in Mobile looking to shed the "small school" label. Hurst did a fantastic job doing just that, arguably making the viral catch of the day, a one-handed TD grab over Arkansas cornerback Julian Neal. He's elevating his draft stock in Mobile.
Baylor wide receiver Josh Cameron hauled in a deep ball from Vanderbilt quarterback Diego Pavia on the first play of team period. Cameron consistently created separation and tracked the football well. The Raiders should be paying close attention.
