Seriously, right behind Carson Palmer.

Dude flipped field position all the time, something that is really, really, REALLY important in a game but does not have stats that measure it.

He got hurt right before the season opener, tried to gut it out in one game and went on IR right after.

Palmer, zastudil and dockett were our biggest injuries.

Spot on. Zasty is nasty. We need to improve at punter and both return spots to have a shot next year.

Agree on all except Dockett... Next man up did better than he has for 3-4 years.

The interior of our defense was the least of our ills this year.

There were so many key losses this year I still shake my head that we somehow won 11 games. Truly an amazing feat!

Missing Zasty all year was huge.

Butler has been really bad. I'm still not certain that there wasn't someone else better out there for us to get.

Butler just couldn't have been the best available. He was a damn embarrassment
today.

Agree with OP on this point.

i dunno about second, but it was more important than I realized at the time.

Seriously, how often do teams lose their punter for the entire season?

I've never seen that poor of a punting performance at the NFL level. Completely embarrassing.
