Not retiring, just sick of media obligations (lol) so he refused to do them. Dana basically said you can't do that and pulled him from UFC 200

Yeah they had white on ESPN and that's exactly what he said. He said he loves Conor, the guy routinely took fights on short notice etc. but he said he has the same obligations everyone else does, if he doesn't want to do the media stuff and PR for the events, it's a problem for us. He decided he didn't like doing that.

White made it very clear he hopes he changes his mind and comes back and would be welcomed back if he does, with the same rules on the media part of it.
