Indianapolis Colts' offensive lineman Matt Goncalves has bulked up this offseason.

According to the Indy Star's Joel Erickson, Goncalves has added 10 pounds of lean mass. He now measures in at 330 pounds after previously weighing in at 317 pounds.

ESPN's Stephen Holder added that Goncalves worked out with former NFL offensive lineman Olin Kreutz, which "paid dividends" for him. Kreutz played 14 seasons in the NFL, making six Pro Bowl teams, along with being named a first-team All-Pro in 2006.

Goncalves, a college tackle who was moved to right guard last season, held his own in the run game, ranking 32nd out of 83 eligible guards. In pass protection, he surrendered 34 pressures -- the 12th-most among all guards -- and two sacks, ranking tied for 50th in PFF's pass blocking efficiency metric.

The good weight that Goncalves added will help him hold up against the bigger interior defenders that he faces at the guard position.

Rookie fourth-round pick Jalen Farmer could potentially push Goncalves for playing time this summer.
