Indianapolis Colts' starting left tackle Bernhard Raimann has exited the team's Week 15 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks with an elbow injury.

According to the team, he is questionable to return.

#INDvsSEA injury update: LT Bernhard Raimann, elbow, is questionable to return.

— Indianapolis Colts (@Colts) December 14, 2025

Out of 62 eligible offensive tackles this season, Raimann ranks 27th in Pro Football Focus' pass-blocking efficiency. As a run blocker, he ranks fourth among tackles in ESPN's run-blocking win rate.

Without Raimann in the game, Luke Tenuta has taken over at left tackle. Tenuta has just seven career regular-season snaps played in his NFL career coming into Sunday's game. All of those snaps came during the 2022 season.

This injury to Raimann comes while the Colts are without Braden Smith at right tackle. He was placed on injured reserve this past week with a concussion and neck injury.

Starting for Smith on the right side is rookie Jalen Travis.

We will update this article as more information on Raimann's injury is reported.
