PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD/WYZZ) — The college basketball results were good along Interstate 74 on Wednesday night.
Illinois, Bradley, Illinois State and Illinois Wesleyan all won on their home floors.
Andrej Stojakovic scored 30 points to lead the Illini to an 89-70 win over Maryland at State Farm Center. The win is Illinois’ eighth straight.
Bradley held Indiana State to two points over the final six minutes of the game to beat the Sycamores, 75-68. Jaquan Johnson scored 18 for Bradly.
Boden Skunberg scored 20 points to lead ISU to a 59-54 win over Northern Iowa. The Redbirds held the Panthers to 16 points in the first half.
Illinois Wesleyan rallied from a 13-point deficit to beat Millikin, 72-62, at Shirk Center. The Titans have won eight in a row.
