Fox Sports media personality Colin Cowherd, during a recent episode of 'The Herd' show, discussed what he believed were the 10 best additions this offseason, with Kenneth Walker III signing with the Kansas City Chiefs barely making his list.
"(Kenneth) Walker is really good and had an unbelievable playoff run, and he is an area of need for the Chiefs," said Cowherd. "But he only averaged 60 yards a game in the regular season and wasn't always (Seahawks') red zone back, and he is a physical back that gets dinged up. So again, the postseason, Kenneth Walker knew his contract situation. He played banged up, and he was tremendous in the Super Bowl, but there's some injury stuff to be concerned about. I still like the move a lot for Kansas City."
Last season with the Seahawks, Walker rushed for 1,027 yards and five touchdowns. He was also impactful in the passing game with 31 receptions for 282 yards. He earned Super Bowl LX MVP honors with 27 carries for a season-high 135 yards and 26 receiving yards.
