The Kansas City Chiefs maintain their history-making television rating from the losing effort in Super Bowl LIX against the Philadelphia Eagles last year. This year’s game between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks finished second all-time in viewership.

Seattle’s 29-13 victory over the Patriots averaged 124.9 million viewers on NBC, Peacock, Telemundo, NBC Sports Digital, and NFL+, based on official live + same-day Nielsen Big Data + Panel, ranking as the second most-watched show in U.S. history. The total was behind Super Bowl LIX (126 million) on FOX last February.

NBC Sports’ presentation of Super Bowl LX set an all-time media record, with 137.8 million viewers watching in the second quarter as Seattle led 6-0 over New England, marking the highest peak viewership in U.S. TV history.

Total social consumption of the Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show starring Bad Bunny set a record, reaching 4 billion views in the first 24 hours.

The Chiefs will have their eyes set on returning to the Super Bowl and back to the national stage.
