Kansas City Chiefs special teams coordinator Dave Toub addressed the media on Wednesday at OTAs. He discussed Harrison Butker's long-distance kicking in early drills.

"He (Harrison Butker) hit a long one in our regular period, and then we did three two-minute (drills)," said Toub, "I don't know if you guys were on the field or not, but we did three in a row, and every one of them (kicks) were over 60 (yards), and it was pretty impressive. After he hit two, I said, 'Well, he'll probably miss this one,' but he made that one, too. It was good. He had a good day."

Through last season's first five games, Butker surprisingly went 10-for-13 on field goals and 11-for-13 on extra points. The missed field goals were from 40, 56, and 58 yards, distances at which he's often been successful in past years.

In the 2025 season, Butker converted 31 of 35 extra-point attempts and 33 of 38 field-goal attempts.
