Chiefs rookie showcases outstanding training in offseason workout clip

The Kansas City Chiefs need their rookie class from the 2026 NFL Draft to put on a show next season, and fifth-round pick Emmett Johnson is among the first-year players who seem most ready to answer the team's call.

A former Nebraska Cornhusker, Johnson made a name for himself as one of the NCAA's most exciting running backs, and is expected to compete for snaps behind Super Bowl LX MVP Kenneth Walker III in Kansas City's new-look backfield.

This week, Johnson took to Instagram to reveal an offseason workout video just in time to build hype behind his candidacy to become the Chiefs' No. 2 rusher ahead of Kansas City's training camp — which is set to kick off next month:
