The Kansas City Chiefs are adding to their front office by hiring Dr. Tyler Bradstreet as the team's Vice President of Performance Psychology.

Dr. Bradstreet joins the Chiefs with over a decade of experience that includes professional, Olympic, and collegiate levels. The licensed psychologist and certified mental performance coach will report directly to the Vice President of Sports Medicine and Performance, Rick Burkholder, oversee the team's mental health and wellness strategies, and provide psychological tools and training to promote a high-performance mindset.

"We are pleased to welcome Tyler as Vice President of Performance Psychology and are confident his deep experience supporting athletes and high performers at every level will be a valuable resource for our players, coaches and staff," said Chiefs President Mark Donovan in a statement. "Expanding in-house capabilities across the full spectrum of health and wellness is a critical part of how we – and the NFL – continue to evolve. We look forward to welcoming Tyler and his family to Chiefs Kingdom."

Bradstreet joins the Chiefs as the second in-house clinician in team history. He previously served as the Milwaukee Brewers director of performance psychology for four seasons in Major League Baseball.
