Changing the text beneath your profile picture

My profile pic, and especially the text beneath it, needed upgrading. While the pic was no problem, it is proving impossible to change the text beneath. How do I do that? Many thanks!

Edited to add - it was changed so that a moderator must make the change - because it shows on all forums. This way controversial custom titles don't flood the board.

What if you click on your name along the top banner, next to the mail icon > account details > custom title.
