Jeff Burris would be a good pick-up, he'd add a little depth. The guy's a vet, he's been a starter- he'd be a nice camp body who might be worth keeping around.

It would be perfect timing with camp right around the corner. The team gets another vet, the defensive backs get a little more competition, we can dump one of those UFA corners...

Are we weak at corner?

Can this person help out...possibly?

If so, bring the SOB in!

End of story...just my humble opinion.

Next...go Cardinals.

Burris has a really good mind for football, he never disappointed Bills fans except when he left for Indianapolis. He has been off the radar though for a while!

He is without a doubt better then any of the possible #4 CB's on this team. And could easily fit in as a good #3 of Starks, Macklin or Hill go down.

He has good size and vet presense.

I even dont fault him for getting waived by the pats as they are just stocked at the DB position, and they drafted 3 db's.

We need him, especially if Starks doesn't stay healthy by the start of the season. I worry about our DBs the most right now. DL coming in a close 2nd.

I agree SO much. Bring him in and see if he can push someone else out.

Starks worries me. I haven't seen him play too much but I never thought he was amazing even in Baltimore. I hear he used to have some speed, and we do lack speed in the secondary. I just don't think he can be an effective #1 CB anymore. I hope I'm wrong. Are there anymore updates on his condition and how he's doing?
