CLEVELAND — The Cavaliers and Detroit Pistons have learned exactly when their winner-take-all Game 7 will occur.

With the best-of-seven Eastern Conference semifinals tied 3-3 and their seasons on the line, the fourth-seeded Cavs and top-seeded Pistons are scheduled to tip off at 8 p.m. Sunday, May 17, at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. Game 7 will be televised nationally by Prime Video.

The winner will advance to meet the third-seeded New York Knicks in the Eastern Conference Finals.
