I don't think Gannon is gone after this year unless the Cardinals win 4 or less games. And I like Gannon.

But, if they'd move on, who are your picks to replace him?
My top 3 would be:
1-Lane Kiffin. For some reason people don't like him. He's a pretty good HC and has won at a good rate. You can't hold the senile Al Davis fiasco against him. Great offensive coach as well.

2-Jon Gruden. Proven winner and another great offensive mind.

3- Ryan Day. Has coached in the NFL previously. He might be ready to prove himself at the NFL level after the Buckeyes win another Natty.

I like Lane Kiffin. At least if we continue to suck under his leadership he’s great with funny one-liners. :)

Mike McCarthy - did a good job with both the Packers and Cowboys. He is 62 years old. He would bring in an experienced professional staff not a bunch of newbies like Gannon has.

If Gruden becomes out roach, I'll be like Mitch and be totally out.

lol… did you just use ChatGPT to find who the worst three possible Head Coach replacements could be?
No. I picked guys who are proven winners.

Who would you choose.
I was all for Arians. And my choice when they hired KK was Dan Campbell. But I'm an idiot.

Todd Monken? Ravens OC, 6th highest EPA in 2023, highest EPA team in 2024, was #1 EPA in 2025 before the Lamar injury. Obviously he won't be able to make Kyler (or whoever) as good as Lamar, but I am confident he can maximize his players. This guy has been a genius his whole career, starting with 2011 with the 12-1 Oklahoma State team. He's been in some dysfunctional positions (Freddie Kitchens Browns) but every time he has found a good organization his teams have gotten a massive bump in offensive efficiency. He is probably the most experienced candidate.

Mike LaFleur? He was stuck with Zach Wilson on the Jets, but did way better than his successors at the Jets OC position. Went to the Rams in 2023, McVay gets all the credit, but LaFleur completely changed their offense for the better. He has studied under McVay and Shanahan his whole career, he's going to get a shot eventually. If he's been diligent during his Rams tenure he might be able to bring over the Rams scouting process, which we desperately need. He is very young. High risk/high reward choice.

Klayton Adams? The guy responsible for the only good things we had on offense, Petzing was actually getting headcoaching buzz because of this guy's run schemes. He can make JAGs on OL excel. He might want to retain Rallis, who has been excellent. He would be a choice to potentially retain the good parts of the current staff, while flushing the bad.

Give Saleh a second chance? He has experienced enough to learn from rookie mistakes, but also was in a situation where it is impossible to succeed. Giving Jets retreads a try has worked out for the Bucs. Besides, someone needs to hire away Saleh to make the 49ers beatable, it might as well be us.

Joe Brady? He's probably a lock for the Bengals job.

Anthony Campanile? Jags DC, looks awesome so far, way too inexperienced.

I hate every other potential option. The only other hot OC I can think of right now is Kliff.

If Ryan Day brings his crybaby tattletale act to the NFL and finds out that McVay is cheating, then sure. Otherwise, hell no.

Some decent names on this list. I don’t care if Bidwill has to pay 3 coaches at the same time he needs to do the right thing

I wish Tom Caughlin was youngee. We need a strict disciplinarian . But a high quality coach wont come here dor Bidwill. Worst owner in the league.
